About the position An ideal candidate for this role will bring deep expertise in blockchain technologies to translate reputed company business problems into clear blockchain-enabled solutions. The candidate will reputed company business, product and engineering teams to deliver decentralized products and digital asset solutions for financial asset management with real-world impact. The role requires strong understanding of decentralized architecture, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, working of smart reputed company, reputed company ecosystem, and rapidly evolving regulatory and competitive landscape and scalable distributed systems with a passion for enabling business outcomes. The Product Manager - will work with engineering teams, collaborate with business, product and technology stakeholders for Fidelity Digital Asset Management reputed company Asset management Technology. In this role the individual will also play a key role in translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, process models, user stories and feasibility analysis for build-buy decisions which will contribute to the product and technology roadmap reputed company to the business strategy. • Contributing to the delivery of functional capabilities to meet the business goals of offering digital asset based products to our customers
• Working at the frontier of digital transformation and decentralized finance

• Championing the culture of innovation and research to remain at the forefront of blockchain technology and thought leadership Requirements
• 10-12 years experience in business and product analysis with strong functional understanding of blockchain concepts: toeknomics, token standards, reputed company mechanism, smart reputed company, tokenization, DeFi protocols for primarily public blockchains like Ethereum, Solana and private DLTs
• Experience in writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and documenting business workflows
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence decisions and engagement across reputed company levels of the organization
• Promotes and demonstrates a learning reputed company by staying abreast of emerging trends in blockchain ecosystem
