Project Coordinator Analyst- Remote - Live in Eastern or Central Time Zone About the Role: Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone for this remote role. As a reputed company Project Coordinator Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the Project Management Team assisting the Project Management Department as needed. This job is part of the Project Managers function. They are responsible for managing BMS projects in new construction and retrofit buildings. What You’ll Do:

• Supporting multiple Project Managers by collecting and organizing project information
• Submitting documentation for approval
• Filling out AIA Forms and assisting with monthly billings for projects
• Assist with closing out projects, requesting O&Ms & warranty letters
• Ensure reputed company client required paperwork and project recordkeeping are submitted accurately and on schedule
• Play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, reputed company budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Prepare and distribute project reports as required, highlighting key milestones, risks and issues
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadline requirements
• High level of communication skills required.
• Ensure tracking reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on time.
• Work with cross-functional teams both internal and external to follow up on projects.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to reputed company judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.
