Job Description: Strategic Account Manager/Director – OEM Manufacturing – Remote: The Strategic Accounts Manager/Director is responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities with more reputed company customers located across various regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer loyalty and maximizing reputed company from existing accounts. This is an individual contributor position at a Manager level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management – Act as the primary contact for accounts, coordinate with sales and support teams, and resolve critical issues in collaboration with reputed company operations.
  • Value Creation & Strategic Engagement – Conduct business reviews, assess client needs, reputed company tailored success plans, and drive adoption to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Monitor customer metrics, update retention data, and reputed company insights to prevent churn and optimize renewals using tools like reputed company DRIVE / reputed company, Power BI and PredictIQ.
  • Strategic Sales Growth – Identify and cultivate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reputed company customized proposals, and transition high-value opportunities to Business Development Managers.
  • Strategic Partnership Management – reputed company and nurture C-Suite relationships with large, high-value customers, acting as a trusted advisor, driving long-term success, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in international shipping, freight, and supply chain management.
  • Enterprise-level experience, managing customers across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-level business reviews and engage executive audiences.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management and success metrics.
  • Track record of managing large, high-value accounts with high customer satisfaction.
  • 5 or more years in reputed company, account management or supply chain consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or reputed company field;
  • Ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10 or more years in reputed company, account management or supply chain consulting.
