As a member of the Games Platform Quality team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving the quality of Games Platform features. We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving the quality of Games platform to deliver best-in-class experiences for both players and game developers alike. What you will do • Define and champion the overall long-term testing strategy and quality roadmap for Games Platform. • Drive design and implementation of test infrastructure, automation tests and the tools needed to support automation • Debug issues with a variety of tools and identify root causes by closely partnering with several internal teams that contribute to the E2E flow of the product • Improve release predictability and confidence by optimizing reputed company integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Manually test new features and integration points that are difficult to automate and collaborate with manual QA vendors to execute exploratory tests. • Gather and analyze operational data to reputed company insights on how to improve test stability, performance, and developer engagement. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $266,000.00 - $442,000.00.
