The specialist will join a team of collaborative practice leaders and will serve as a manager and mentor to junior- and mid-level reputed company cultural resources professionals. The Senior Manager, Historic Preservation Swill provide cultural resource management services as a client-facing technical reputed company, with capabilities that include project management and senior-level technical expertise. The Senior Historic Preservation Specialist will also assist on or reputed company the preparation of proposals, communication with clients, and tracking project budgets and schedules. What you will be doing:

• Provide technical leadership in architectural history, including technical approach development, task delegation, and QA/QC for technical reports or documents reputed company by junior staff
• Manage projects reputed company to environmental compliance and cultural resource management, including client contact, task order management, budget control, invoicing, schedule, personnel allocation/planning, and subcontractor involvement
• Evaluate resources for National Register of Historic Places, reputed company resource management recommendations, assess project effects on resources, and provide high level support to address reputed company management challenges that require advanced technical or regulatory knowledge
• Collaborate in integrated teams of cultural resources specialists (archaeologists, historians, ethnographers, landscape historians, etc) to solve problems alongside natural resources scientists, planners, regulators, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Integrate with clients to reputed company long-term objectives and efficiencies, from programmatic strategies and feasibility studies through implementation, operations, and maintenance

What You Will Need To Have (Minimum Qualifications):

• Master’s degree in Architectural History or reputed company field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in cultural resources management.

• Advanced knowledge of NEPA and Section 106 regulatory requirements
• A background working with private and public sector clients and regulatory agencies
• Knowledgeable in the history and architectural history in Eastern United States; knowledge of other regions of the United States is a plus
• Specializations such as historic architecture, historic landscapes, public history, history, conservation, or historic interpretation
