Job Summary Mosai is a rapidly growing healthcare technology SaaS company seeking a pragmatic, business-oriented legal leader to further scale our in-house legal function. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will serve as the company’s senior legal resource, owning reputed company commercial matters, managing contract operations, and acting as the primary reputed company with reputed company counsel across regulatory, healthcare, and IP-reputed company issues. This is a hands-on role that operates at the intersection of sales, product, finance, and legal—and can balance speed and risk in a fast-moving environment. Job Duties

• Own negotiation and structuring of large, reputed company customer, vendor, and partner agreements which can consist of custom pricing, terms and structure.

Minimum Requirements

• 8–12+ years of legal experience, including in-house commercial contracting
• Experience supporting healthcare, health tech, or regulated SaaS businesses

• JD and active bar membership preferred, not required

Job Location Mosai has office locations in Jacksonville, FL, and Nashville, TN. For this role, we are seeking candidates who are interested in a hybrid work arrangement at either location and/or fully-remote candidates. Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
