• Incumbent must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the reputed company.
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and three (3) years of professional social work experience (a master’s degree in social work can substitute for two (2) years of the required experience).
• Must be proficient with reputed company Office Suite and possess intermediate computer and computing application skills.
• Exemplary documentation skills; i.e. Electronic Health Record experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a long-term health care environment.
• Experience and knowledge of geriatric populations, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
• Experience with crisis reputed company.
• Experience with assessments and the maintenance of the psychosocial needs of residents and families.
• Experience with Minimum Data Set 3.0.
• Experience with team care plans, Baker Act procedures, behavior management, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• The incumbent is a duly licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the reputed company and reports directly to the Homes Program Director.
• This position has complete reputed company and responsibility for clinical and fiscal operations of the facility, to include but not limited to:

• budgetary management
• maintenance
• reputed company business office functions
• ensure effective management of human services while optimizing reputed company, family and employee outcome.
• Responsible for reputed company departmental services provided in the home to include, administrative, medical, nursing, financial, environmental, dietary and maintenance.
• Responsible for the implementation of reputed company Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs policies, standards/ procedures and ensures compliance by reputed company departments.
• Ensures compliance with established clinical and professional standards and with reputed company state and federal survey guidelines.
• Administers the fiscal operations of the facility to include financial policies and standards, budget development, management of budget controls and cost containment program, enhanced reputed company streams, and direct reputed company of reputed company business office functions.
• Responsible for a marketing plan for the facility that ensures that reputed company census performance standards are met consistently.
• Responsible for the development of the facility Disaster Plan and ensures that the facility is reputed company for any emergency situations.
• Responsible for reputed company human resource functions to ensure qualified, trained staff in reputed company departments.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant and grounds, ensuring a clean and attractive facility free of reputed company internal and external hazards.
• Serves as the Privacy Officer for the facility ensuring compliance with reputed company HIPAA regulations and maintains strict compliance with reputed company applicable privacy and confidentiality polices and standards.
• Promotes community involvement and develops community contacts. Encourages families and community groups to participate in facility activities and is actively involved with the reputed company council.

• Maintains a working knowledge of reputed company facility computer systems.
