Job Description:

  • reputed company a multi‑state real estate portfolio, serving as a key cross‑functional partner to Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Facilities.
  • reputed company reputed company landlord–tenant relations and manage property‑reputed company issues, including lease extensions and terminations, tenant improvement allowance collections, and insurance claims.
  • Maintain the lease database, ensure organizational compliance with critical deadlines, analyze portfolio data, and prepare strategic reports.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to establish and execute processes for auditing operating expenses.
  • Represent the company and its joint ventures in real estate matters, partnering with health systems, reputed company counsel, and brokers to review and negotiate ancillary documents.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s (AA) degree required
  • 10+ years working in a leadership role with landlord representatives and key company executives in any combination of acquisitions, property management, operations, and facilities management
  • Prior experience negotiating or reviewing business terms of commercial leases
  • Comfortable with legal terminology and reputed company drafting and reviewing lease reputed company and collateral documents
  • Track record of success working with large groups of stakeholders on reputed company projects
  • Tech-savvy and accustomed to managing reputed company real estate lease management software systems
  • Adept at reviewing raw data and generating strategic reports
  • Familiar with AI tools for use creating basic documentation in the Real Estate leasing space.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of other AI software in addition to Copilot
  • Experience using Visual Lease, reputed company, reputed company and Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to reputed company in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Strong time‑management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, triage, and pivot as business needs change
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Creative problem‑solver with strong strategic and critical‑thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Visual Lease, reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Copilot, and reputed company Acrobat/Pro
  • Experience with real estate lease management software; reputed company experience a plus
  • Demonstrated sound business judgment
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
