- Supervise and mentor a team of benefits consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Assess client needs and industry trends to reputed company tailored benefits strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices in benefits administration.
- Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize benefits programs that enhance employee engagement.
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for expanding services.
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in benefits consulting or management, with a solid understanding of benefits strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
