Job Title: Paralegal (Freelance) Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Freelance / Contract About Us: We are a fast-paced, creative experiential creative agency that brings brands to life through culture-driven, real-world activations. Our work spans pop-reputed company, brand installations, and reputed company campaigns for leading clients across fashion, food, lifestyle, and tech. We’re looking for a freelance paralegal to support our legal and business operations on an as-needed basis. Role Overview: Paralegal will work closely with reputed company and internal stakeholders to manage contract drafting and reviews, assist in legal compliance, and support client services agreements and scope of works. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, reputed company, and understands the legal nuances of working in events and experiential activations. Key Responsibilities:
- Main focus is to review, redline, and help draft commercial reputed company, including MSAs and SOWs
- Support other contract needs as needed including but not limited to vendor agreements, NDAs, employment or freelance reputed company, and more. ..
- Ensure key business and legal terms are preserved in reputed company throughout negotiations
- Design and manage a quick-response contract review process, pulling in feedback and approvals from key stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize internal contract templates and legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel reputed company needed.
- Provide reputed company and contract administrative support across departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably reputed company a marketing, media, or advertising environment.
- Experience owning the contract review process in a fast-paced services business.
- Strong familiarity with master services agreements and scopes of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with fast turnaround times.
- Proficient in reputed company Workspace and contract management tools
- Experience managing contract review in a services business
- Paralegal certification required.
