Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Director of Assessment and Educational Research is responsible for high-level research design, data reporting, analysis, and academic program evaluation influencing strategic initiatives, process improvement, and data reputed company reputed company the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI). Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Programming and Process Improvement: Assesses, Consults, and Collaborates Designs and implements research methodologies, assessments, data analyses, and quality improvement projects to inform strategic decisions and initiatives. Develops analytic reports and visualizations that translate reputed company data into actionable insights. Ensures data reputed company through rigorous quality control processes and management of diverse datasets. Provides timely and precise reports for stakeholders to inform and support strategic planning, decision-making, and programmatic development. Collaborates with university stakeholders to identify, collect, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. Educational Program Development and Facilitation Designs and implements educational experiences for faculty, staff, and trainees including seminars, journal clubs, and nano courses focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and graduate bioscience student experiences. Develops curricula and instructional materials informed by reputed company research and literature. Facilitates community conversations and educational programming utilizing restorative practices principles to promote reputed company-wide reputed company, understanding, and healing. Scholarship and Research Presents research findings at conferences, symposiums, and academic meetings, highlighting advancements and initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion and education. Identifies and pursues publication in various journals depending on the topic and relevance. Performs other duties as assigned.
