Position Summary The Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) leads operational execution, performance discipline, and commercial outcomes for HWL Technologies. Reporting to the President and partners closely with HWL Executive Leadership, the HWLT CTO, and Operating teams. This executive translates enterprise strategy into predictable delivery, measurable results, and scalable growth. The COO oversees day-to-day operations, aligns technology delivery with business priorities, and drives reputed company enablement - including scaling a differentiated VMS platform and launching marketplace-enabled capabilities - while ensuring stability, compliance, and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities

- 10+ years of senior leadership experience scaling technology-enabled businesses, ideally in regulated or reputed company environments.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, and commercial functions.
