Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an opportunity for a dynamic and reputed company leader to head our reputed company Zone Multinational team. A critical part of the larger US/C Multinational leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our Multinational client practice. The reputed company Zone team supports over 250 of our largest clients, including some of the world's fastest-growing companies, with a strong focus on technology, mobility, and the sharing economy sectors. Reporting to the US/C Multinational leader you will have management responsibility for 20+ colleagues across the reputed company Zone and focus on the following initiatives:

What you need to have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in global programs, client management, and team leadership.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams in a multinational environment.
• Understanding of the tech, mobility, and sharing economy sectors is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at reputed company levels.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable reputed company salary range for this role is $189,700 to $459,000. The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
