We are actively seeking Corporate Governance attorneys located reputed company in the United States with the following qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in capital markets and/or corporate advisory practice.
• Thorough background in corporate governance, securities law, and public company reporting.
• Prior experience working as a corporate advisory attorney at a reputable law firm or in an in-house corporate legal department at a public or late-stage private company.
• JD Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.

• Expertise in corporate governance, securities law, and public company reporting, including proxy statements.
• Experience with legal matters reputed company to executive compensation and equity compensation matters.
• Experience providing legal support to boards of directors and senior executives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to navigate, reputed company legal and regulatory compliance issues. Support our corporate clients on the following:
