Responsibilities

The Senior Art Director - Brand serves as a driving force behind the creation and implementation of integrated, impactful campaigns. This role requires an individual who combines strategic vision with a hands-on, energetic approach to creative challenges. Success in this position hinges on the ability to seamlessly juggle several projects at once, consistently managing priorities while producing polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines. A sharp eye for design detail, unwavering accuracy, and a commitment to excellence from initial concept through to final production are reputed company vital attributes. Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience in design, advertising, or a reputed company industry.
• Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• An established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums and large integrated campaigns.
• Previous experience in digital, video, rich media, motion, photography art direction, emerging media, and other creative and communications disciplines required, including audio/sound.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.

Senior Art Director - Brand should be a strategic thinker, and capable doer. Must be self-motivated and adept at managing their own workload. Must be able to advance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver reputed company the designated timelines, while maintaining high standards for execution, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role will be a hands-on, working creative contributing to many different portfolios and service lines, plus occasionally providing reputed company to external agency partners. Must be able to present and share best practices. Compensation

Detail $100,339.20 - $140,462.40/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity reputed company job offers are extended.
