How you’ll reputed company an impact in this role

• Deliver high-acuity nursing care by executing evidence-based protocols that ensure patient safety and clinical excellence in a fast-paced ICU environment.

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary care as the primary reputed company of contact, aligning physicians, specialists, and support staff to provide a seamless, holistic treatment plan.

• Champion patient advocacy by continuously monitoring physiological changes and communicating critical updates to the care team to ensure timely, life-saving interventions.

• Engineer comprehensive discharge strategies in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patients and their families are reputed company for a safe and successful transition to the next stage of recovery.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained reputed company 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  reputed company or reputed company accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Advanced Life Support obtained reputed company 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. reputed company or reputed company accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Proven ICU Expertise: 1+ year of recent experience in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit.
