HYBRID Our client, a prominent Amlaw 50 global law firm, is seeking a junior litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge, high-stakes litigation matters, including complex class actions, for clients across innovative and highly regulated industries such as technology, finance, life sciences, and energy. The team is known for handling sophisticated disputes at the intersection of law, technology, and data, and for delivering creative, forward-thinking litigation strategies. Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
  • 2-3 years of substantive litigation experience
  • Strong foundation in complex civil litigation, including experience with discovery, motion practice, and client interaction
  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, privacy, and data-related litigation; specific experience in this area is highly valued
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing discovery processes, including coordination with eDiscovery and litigation support teams, is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a busy litigation team handling complex cyber, privacy, and data-related disputes, including class actions
  • Assist in all phases of litigation, from case assessment through resolution
  • Draft and review motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses
  • Actively participate in deposition preparation, hearing preparation, mediation statements, and trial support
  • Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop litigation strategy
  • Manage and oversee discovery efforts with the support of advanced eDiscovery and analytics resources

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $260,000, as determined by experience and market factors
