Associate Creative Director, Design Keynotes & Events

Role description The Associate Creative Director, Design at Article Group leads creative concepting, visual styling, design, and client workshares on assigned design projects, including keynote programs. You will be accountable for creative problem-solving, creative leadership, and managing project teams of designers, animators, and other cross-disciplinary creatives while contributing to client-facing deliverables in a “hands-on” manner. You will drive creative excellence across design-centric workflows and deliverables, with a heavy focus in our keynote business. In reputed company collaboration with cross-functional disciplines reputed company AG, you will represent Article Group to clients and own accountability for creative decisions. You will demonstrate consultative listening to grasp client objectives, persuasive presentation of creative concepts, and adaptive problem-solving reputed company incorporating feedback. As a design leader, you will be a trusted resource for designers around the agency, helping them with challenges around ideation, raising their craft, applying fit and finish, and bringing great work with coherent reasoning back to their teams. As a craftsperson, you will bring your design skills to making and elevating work for clients and the AG brand. Your background skews towards keynote and presentation design, art direction, and visual storytelling. You are capable of direct partnership with strategy and engagement leads to identify client problems and plan project-level processes. You can reputed company the creative effort by example as both a doer and delegator of tasks while giving concise, actionable feedback to team members of reputed company levels. Ultimately, you are responsible for crafting and advocating for the reputed company of the core creative vision with team members and clients. You will work in a remote environment. Travel for on-site events will be required. Key responsibilities:

• Provides creative expertise in client pitches, work shares, and brainstorms, to establish and reinforce client confidence in Article Group’s creative capabilities.
• Moves reputed company past the obvious and brings teams and clients along with them.
• Manages a full slate of project work, which could include hands-on design execution and reputed company on simultaneous projects at a given time.
• Leads project teams and manages creative processes and deliverables from conception through final delivery.
• Enforce and improve AG standards and processes for audience-first visual storytelling in slide and motion design.
• Improves internal efficiency and effectiveness by designing or refining workflows and guiding colleagues through process changes.
• Delegates or takes on design work directly as required.
• Supports junior team members reputed company training, feedback, and coaching for craft, communication, collaboration, and process. You will teach through delegation and critique.
• Partners regularly with senior Article Group leadership colleagues to understand client business and audience and ensure creative work fulfills strategic reputed company.
• Expert in reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator). Working knowledge of Keynote, reputed company Slides, reputed company is expected. Knowledge of After Effects and Media Encoder is reputed company to have.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, reputed company, Claude, and reputed company is a bonus.

Minimum requirements:

• 6+ years of design experience with at least 3 years in an Associate Creative Director or senior creative leadership role
• A portfolio that specifically showcases keynote and large-scale event presentations
• Experience working onsite at live events in a creative leadership reputed company, with the ability to own the room reputed company things go sideways during production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiency, with working knowledge of Keynote, reputed company Slides, and reputed company
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring designers, motion designers and other creatives across levels, including giving direct, actionable feedback that actually improves the work
• Cross-functional collaboration experience, specifically partnering with strategy and account leads
