Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company level annual planning, long range planning, and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and market realities.
• Partner with our product line finance leaders to provide clear financial framing and scenario analysis for key business decisions, including market volatility, cost actions, capital investments, and structural changes.
• Champion operational excellence culture, including tracking and reporting on significant reputed company Products wins.
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and adherence to GAAP, cost accounting standards, and company policies, including the monitoring of internal control compliance.
• Collaborate, reputed company and drive decisions across reputed company Products finance, accounting, operations and sales teams.
• Fully own the financial, planning and analysis function for our sales and central reputed company Products organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a reputed company field (MBA, CFA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles reputed company manufacturing, industrial, or commodity based businesses
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, financial systems (reputed company experience strongly preferred), and internal controls.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear executive messaging.

• This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $142,650-$213,975 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25%25 of reputed company pay. Potential plan funding may range from reputed company to two times that reputed company.
• This position is also eligible to receive $32,000 in restrictive stock units on an annual basis, as part of our Long Term Incentive Plan.
