Global Compliance Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a Global Compliance & Quality Systems leader who knows how manufacturing really works — on the plant floor, in the audit room, and at the executive table. This role owns and evolves our risk-based global compliance program across manufacturing operations. You’ll also deliver targeted ethics and compliance training to plant managers and procurement teams, building accountability at every level. If you’ve led global audits, built QMS frameworks, implemented CAPAs that actually worked, and influenced plant leadership without hiding behind email — this is your lane. Key Responsibilities

- Provide regular compliance reports

- Deliver global ethics and compliance training tailored to plant managers and procurement teams.
- Partner with Global Quality, Operations Management, and other pertinent departments to ensure compliance with product and industry standards.
- Support regulatory compliance certifications (e.g., CE marking, ISO standards).
- Manage product recall compliance processes and regulatory notifications
- Conduct global compliance audits of manufacturing sites.
- Implement corrective action plans and monitor remediation effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant international standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements reputed company to the industry and ensure the organization's compliance.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability.
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from various sources.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall quality performance.

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in global compliance reputed company manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
- Experience working with global facilities.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable.
- Six reputed company Green Belt (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to deliver well organized presentations to a large audience.

- Able to travel globally as required
