What to Expect As a member of Tesla's Hardware Test Engineering group, this Engineering Technician will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with Test Engineers to meet tight deadlines and drive results. This hands-on role involves assembling and disassembling seats, as well as removing and reinstalling vehicle components to facilitate testing. The Technician will also design and build test fixtures, execute tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring seat systems from concept to program release.
