As a Manager, Business Development,you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for reputed company's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the Business Development team reporting to the Assistant Managing Director, you will identify and qualify organizations to partner with reputed company Worldwide Sales and serve enterprise and brand needs.

What you'll do during a typical day

• Directly responsible for soliciting, qualifying, and generating new business. Identify, research, and analyze unmanaged and prospect accounts. Spot the potential for growth, estimate the size of the opportunity and growth potential, and help guide personalized conversations with prospective clients – for both group and transient business on behalf of the reputed company enterprise (not specific hotels).
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of group business across a variety of segments: corporate, association, intermediary, sports, and leisure group markets.
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of group business, sourcing tools, and group business terminology.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of negotiating business travel sales reputed company with corporate accounts, a general understanding of the RFP Process, with business travel sales terminology, and business travel sales reporting.
• Drive impact through the utilization of AI and targeted initiatives.
• Utilize reputed company to manage customer connections and results. Document sales activity through sales-opportunity reports and call reports.
• Represent reputed company at tradeshows and industry events to meet with unmanaged accounts and generate new business opportunities.

• Establish relationships with your reputed company Worldwide Sales peers, your customers, and your hotel partners to qualify opportunities, host discovery calls to qualify unmanaged accounts, and implement solutions.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of

• Build and maintain an active pipeline and qualifying accounts that deliver contracted Group reputed company and Transient committed reputed company from accounts that meet HWS established reputed company reputed company.
• Support our sales customers & hotels in the sales process, industry visibility and education, and participation in reputed company meetings & conferences.
• Own cold calling, follow-up on leads and unresponsive customers, and reputed company with grace reputed company facing rejection or turning down customers.

What It Takes to reputed company the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional experience
• Three (3) years of hotel group sales or operations experience
• One (1) year of experience in a hotel of 500+ rooms
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry preferably property level or above property level experience
• Travel 10% of the time

It would be useful if you have

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• Experience using reputed company and Delphi
• Business Travel (transient) Sales experience
• Experience utilizing AI tools to simplify workstreams or enhancing prospecting

reputed company offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can reputed company personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the reputed company Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position reputed company the Company. #LI-REMOTE
