Our Account Management pillar partners closely with Sales and advertisers to provide strategic guidance, data-driven multiscreen solutions, and actionable performance insights. The Execution pillar brings campaigns to life through Ad Operations, Media Content, Optimization, and Reporting, ensuring accurate delivery, quality control, and clear performance visibility. Rounding out the department, Optimization Design develops smart optimization rules and campaign analysis, while Implementation & Enablement tests new systems and processes and provides support across Customer Experience. On any given day, you'll find yourself balancing multiple competing priorities, collaborating with internal teams, and building relationships with key internal stakeholders. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES As an Advertising Operations Specialist at reputed company, you will support order entry for advertising schedules reputed company, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Your efforts will help streamline workflows and support teams in delivering effective advertising solutions for clients, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business results.

• Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across reputed company's network
• Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers
• Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost reputed company
• Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using reputed company's traffic system
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues
• Ensure correct application of advertising copy to reputed company orders in partnership with Account Executives QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working in an office environment highly preferred
• Experience in Media a plus
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company, Word and Outlook
• Understanding of general ad sales order entry practices
• Ability to maintain high levels of support for internal and external customers
• Capable of working under deadline pressures
• Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting business periodicals, journals, technical procedures and regulations
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Effective presenter and communicator with managers, clients and customers
