Our Associate teachers play a key role in our Montessori classrooms, cultivating high quality learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, preschool and Kindergarten aged reputed company (birth through 6 years old). Associate Responsibilities ● Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers; ● Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy; ● Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed; ● Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment; ● Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of reputed company. Associate Requirements ● Minimum Required: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework; ● At least 18 years of age ● Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development).
