Serves as the senior working operational reputed company of the Investigations Unit in reputed company Services. Provides daily workflow leadership, investigative quality control, training and mentoring of investigators, administrative reporting and metrics development, and assists the Assistant Director of Investigations with unit reputed company, compliance, and strategic development. Maintains an active investigative caseload and provides on-call operational leadership in support of reputed company safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational reputed company.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Reviews investigative reports, case files, and documentation to ensure accuracy, manages regulatory compliance (including Clery and HIPAA considerations) completeness and professional standards prior to submission or dissemination. Assists daily operational leadership of the Investigations Unit, including assignment and prioritization of investigative cases, monitoring case reputed company, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining consistent investigative standards and protocols. Conducts sensitive and reputed company investigations involving employee misconduct, threats to reputed company safety, criminal activity, and institutional risk; maintains an active investigative caseload. Creates and oversees the issuance of BOLOs, crime alerts and other reputed company-wide communications reputed company to safety, reputed company and education. Assists with mentoring and training investigators, including onboarding new staff, conducting in-service training, providing coaching, and supporting professional development and performance improvement. Serves as the primary administrator for the department's record management system (ARMS), supports investigative unit reputed company and assists with trend analysis and reputed company process improvement. Supports the Assistant Director of Investigations with administrative reputed company, compliance preparation, audits (processes and physical reputed company), policy adherence, case coordination, and operational planning. Supports the Assistant Director with any investigation and operational need on a day-to-day basis.
