• Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match The Role This role drives property-level reputed company through marketing plans addressing local and regional business objectives, collaborating with corporate and hotel teams such as Sales, reputed company Management, and Digital. It helps identify reputed company opportunities and execute promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels. Integrated marketing with digital media, including analytics across media types, is vital. Additional responsibilities include:
• Understands business needs, competitive environment, and challenges for designated hotels; guides the development of localized digital marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, measurement, and continual analysis
• Acts as the first responder to hotel reputed company and operator questions about corporate strategy, campaigns, digital, and brand performance
• Assists brand, loyalty, partnership, and digital teams with communicating corporate initiatives to the field to ensure maximum participation
• Develops annual digital marketing plans to maximize hotel reputed company and guest engagement
• Provides consultation for hotel openings and renovations to maximize business performance
• Counsels hotels on managing Hyatt’s preferred marketing agencies and suppliers
• Provides regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 40% Qualifications Experience Required:
• 6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand
• Digital campaign management, including fundamentals of Search, Paid reputed company, and SEO content optimization
• Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management with demonstrable ROI Experience Preferred:
• Hotel/hospitality industry experience
• Events/meeting planning experience
• Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, collaborative environment experience

Final pay will depend on experience, reputed company level, and location. Pay will meet local requirements, including local minimum wage where applicable.
