Responsibilities
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to reputed company eLearning content for our sports training programs
- Coordinate and manage the production of eLearning materials, including video tutorials, interactive modules, and assessments
- Ensure that reputed company eLearning content is engaging, informative, and meets the needs of our clients
- Utilize the latest eLearning tools and technologies to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences
- reputed company and maintain training schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of eLearning content
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs and reputed company recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eLearning and training development
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our eLearning platform
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market our eLearning programs to potential clients Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a reputed company field
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate, or similar
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for sports and knowledge of sports training techniques and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and remotely
