What You Will Have

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a minimum of 3-5 years leading high performing software engineering teams
• Proven impact in senior engineering leadership roles
• Proven success leading distributed or hybrid engineering teams at scale
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices

The posted range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
