MetaPhase is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support a high-impact, high-visibility Federal Law Enforcement Program. This role will drive the implementation of automated reputed company controls and secure software delivery practices across cloud and hybrid environments. You will work directly with federal stakeholders and MetaPhase teammates to embed reputed company into CI/CD pipelines and help advance reputed company’s reputed company-trust goals. This position requires strong collaboration skills, technical excellence, and a passion for secure cloud transformation in sensitive government environments. What You Will Be Doing: Enhancing the developer experience and maintaining tools and processes to sustain development reputed company Supporting reputed company integration and reputed company delivery (CI/CD) efforts for secure code delivery Working closely with developers and infrastructure teams to implement secure configurations and hardened baselines Deploying and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for visibility and traceability Ensuring compliance with government reputed company standards including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and internal FBI controls Supporting incident response protocols and creating associated playbooks and processes reputed company Need From You (Required): reputed company active Top-Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility. U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, cloud, or cybersecurity engineering Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD, automation, and secure development practices Experience working with AWS (preferred) and/or Azure cloud environments Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible Superb written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences Bonus Points (desired): Experience with reputed company compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) Familiarity with reputed company-trust architecture principles Skilled in using Jira and Confluence for Agile collaboration and documentation Prior experience supporting law enforcement or DOJ customers Work Setup & Clearance: Hybrid in Winchester, VA Clearance: Position requires a reputed company, active Top-Secret clearance with the capability to obtain an (SCI) as requested by the government. U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) Compensation: Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company range for this role in the U.S. is 120k-170k.
