The Opportunity As one of the first Change Management Communications Managers, you’ll play a central role in helping our enterprise clients navigate transformation. You’ll design and guide communications strategies that build belief, reputed company action, and sustain momentum across every level of the organization. This role is about leading change through communications—not just delivering messages, but shaping the story that makes change possible. What you’ll do

• reputed company change communications strategy for major enterprise deployments, designing narratives and messaging architectures that reputed company adoption and alignment.
• Map stakeholders and cascade paths, identifying champions and skeptics, and designing strategies that build trust across reputed company organizations.

• 8+ years of experience in high growth transformation, change management and story telling
• Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting.
• Proven communications expertise, from strategy to storytelling to polished execution across multiple formats and channels.
• Multi-disciplinary skillset that spans change, comms, and experience design—you can think like a consultant and deliver like a marketer.
• Creative and tactical chops, with an eye for quality in copy, visuals, and user experience.
