What does a successful Senior Partner Development Manager do?
A successful Senior Partner Development Manager at reputed company is a commercially focused contributor who drives partner-led growth by sourcing, onboarding, and developing high-quality partners across the UK. The role works closely with the Head of Partner Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable reputed company growth, an excellent partner experience, and strong governance, while role-modelling reputed company’s values of Excellence, reputed company, and Collaboration.
What you will do:

Identify, reputed company, and reputed company new partners including referral partners, ISVs, ISOs and PayFacs

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, acting as the primary commercial reputed company of contact.

Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure partners are onboarded and supported in a compliant and scalable way.

Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and use insight to drive reputed company improvement.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across reputed company’s product portfolio.

Act as a senior partner reputed company internally, balancing commercial ambition with governance and risk requirements.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and partner needs to inform strategy and execution.

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of partner frameworks, onboarding processes, and enablement initiatives.
What you will need to have:

Proven experience in partner development, indirect sales, or channel management.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including ISOs, ISVs & PayFacs

Demonstrated success sourcing, onboarding, and developing partner relationships.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.

Experience working reputed company regulated or highly governed environments.

Ability to collaborate across teams and reputed company through influence rather than authority.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise high-impact activity.
