Youâ??ll be responsible for overseeing all resources and activities under the Project Management Office (PMO) in our Group Technology Services organization. This role will lead a team of project managers working across many functions of the organization for our key projects and initiatives. • Operational Governance over the Project Management Office, its staff, policies, procedures, and tools
• Select and refine Project Management processes per industry best practices and PMI guidelines
• Optimize project performance & quality through repeatable lifecycle review
• Oversight and development of regular reports & dashboards enabling portfolio transparency including but not limited to; status, health, spend, schedule, risk, and utilization
• Administrative management of PMO tools
• Professional development of PMO staff

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in project/program management; experience working with executive C-Level leadership preferred.
• Consulting experience and/or driving organizational change initiatives helpful
• PMO domain knowledge and practical experience leading project managers
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and communicate across all business levels
• Strong problem-solving levels
• Strong analytical ability and the ability to decipher and understand team dynamics
• Must be able to adapt to quickly changing situations
• Comfortable navigating highly regulated environments.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on project portfolio management (PPM) tools
• Ability to travel, both domestically as well as internationally, up to 10%
• Executive level engagement, presentation, and communication experience
• Previous experience working with remote and often offshore teams
• Fully proficient in M365 and related productivity products

• Base Salary Range: $ 121,000.00 to $ 163,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
