In this key role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and real estate transactions-from due diligence through closing-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You'll coordinate with Legal, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams, serving as the central hub for reputed company deal activity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated, and infrastructure-focused environment where precision and communication drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of property acquisition and disposition transactions, from initiation through reputed company.
• reputed company due diligence, title and escrow activities, and document management for multiple reputed company deals.
• Track milestones, contingencies, and closing deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare, review, and organize purchase agreements, closing statements, and reputed company documentation.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, brokers, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transaction trackers, dashboards, and compliance records in internal systems.
• Ensure reputed company activities reputed company with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years coordinating commercial real estate transactions (utilities, infrastructure, or public sector strongly preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and closing procedures with the ability to resolve exceptions reputed company.

• California Real Estate License or Paralegal Certification a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits available immediately upon hire, including:
