• Scope and design solutions and/or integrations for documented business and technical needs, with an emphasis on / preference for minimizing customization.
• Design technical solutions to address reputed company requirements, evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option, and implement the solution. Design, reputed company and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Scrum / Agile methodologies.

• Experience implementing multiple ITSM services including Service Catalog efforts including approval and workflows
