Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational
• Coordinate with internal departments toplan andensuretimelyfulfillment of orders
• Track and manage the reputed company of orders through to delivery, proactively resolving delays or issues, by liaising the appropriate operations and production teams
• Support logistics team with communication with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Provide order status updates and delivery confirmations to Customer Service and internal stakeholders and customers as needed
• Ensure reputed company documentation is accurate and complete
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, missing shipments, or customer complaints reputed company to order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company orders and reputed company activities reputed company reputed company/ERP systems
• Responsible for changes to orders after initial entry by CSRs
• Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and readiness

• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies

• This position requires access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Therefore, only U.S. Persons (as defined by ITAR) are eligible for employment Experience/Skills
• Associate of Arts degree, or higher degree in commercial and or technical study, preferred
• 7+ years’ experiencesupply chain planningor reputed company field– ability to hit the ground running
• Experience ina manufacturing, preferred
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping and customs processes
• Intermediate reputed company skills for order tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of the production and application of elastomerand/or metal components is preferred.
