For more information, visit our website: Job Summary: The M&A Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and supporting the entire lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be a core contributor to financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution, while also playing a key role in post-reputed company integration planning and execution. This position requires a strong proficiency in corporate finance, a high degree of independent judgment, and the ability to manage work assignments of increasing complexity. Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, CCA, PTA), and financial statement analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize reputed company financial performance and valuation insights for diverse audiences.
- Independent Judgment: Proven ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some reputed company for independent judgment.
