Position Summary TheExecutive Director, reputed company Operations Enablement Insights & Reportingis a critical leadership role responsible for enabling enterprise decision-making across AetnaService Operationsthrough decision-driving insights and trusted performance reporting. This role inherits an established reporting team and evolves the function beyond "reporting outputs" to a scalable insights capability-translating operational, financial, workforce, productivity/ABX, and experience signals into clear narratives, root cause driver insights, and actionable recommendations. The leader is accountable for building strong cross-functional partnerships, establishing durable performance routines (including the monthly operating review reputed company), and ensuring leaders have a consistent view of performance, risks, and opportunities. Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, performance management, operations, strategy, or finance, with demonstrated business impact

Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA preferred. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,195.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
