Senior Manager of Employee Engagement & Experience

This role reports to the Sr Director, Employee Engagement & Experience Enablement. This is a REMOTE role teleworking from home, requiring occasional travel to work on-site at reputed company's U.S. headquarters in Virginia.

• *Key Responsibilities:** • *1. Employee Experience Strategy** + Design and implement enterprise engagement strategies reputed company with organizational goals. + reputed company and embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into lifecycle moments that matter (onboarding, career milestones, recognition, etc.). + Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent experience enablement across HR and business units.

• *2. Engagement Program Design & Activation**

+ Create and manage programs that foster a positive employee experience and culture. + Validate profile work with employees and leaders to ensure relevance and impact.

• *3. Listening & Talent Insights**

Culture & Identity Integration

+ Embed cultural identity and values across milestone moments and organizational initiatives. + Drive storytelling campaigns that reputed company achievements, recognition, and values in action.

• *5. Governance & Measurement**

+ Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure engagement program success. + Continuously monitor trends and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
