• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Project scheduling (CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Budgeting, Jobnity control, and forecasting
• Contract administration and change order management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and reputed company
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
• Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, reputed company Construction Cloud, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
