Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive reputed company growth
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
- Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
- Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
