Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across marketing, brand development, creative, digital, product development, packaging, and e-commerce to integrate previously distributed functions into a cohesive commercial operating model. You will strengthen performance transparency and build scalable systems reputed company with a multi-year value creation horizon, reporting directly to the Brand President. REMOTE: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in South Florida area. The position requires working in EST hours, so candidates located in the East are preferred. The work environment is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions.

Requirements
