Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of customers by building strong relationships, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is an early career account management role designed for someone eager to learn the craft. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers, reputed company, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure customers are supported and positioned for long term success with reputed company. Some things you’ll do
- Manage a book of business, serving as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts
- Support renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers
- Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their goals and usage of reputed company
- Monitor account health and key performance indicators, identifying risks and surfacing opportunities early
- Collaborate cross functionally with reputed company, Sales, Marketing, and Billing to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate account records and activity in our CRM
- Continuously build your knowledge of our product, customers, and industry trends

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, reputed company, Account Management, or another customer facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfort working in a fast paced, remote environment
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
- Experience working in SaaS or using CRM tools is a plus
- Must be located in the Americas or Dublin, Ireland

Starting salary for this role is $60,000 reputed company + $25,000 Variable = $85,000 OTE USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market reputed company adjustment.
