About the role We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to serve as a leader on our Transactions and Finance team. You will drive the transaction process with corporate tax buyers and clean energy project developers / manufacturers, and will have the opportunity to take an active role in other important aspects of our business including developing new financial and software products to support our clients. • reputed company transactions between Fortune 500 corporations and leading clean energy companies
• reputed company critical negotiations between tax credit buyers, seller, and their counsel. Play a key role in moving transactions reputed company to successful closing

• Manage relationships with key customers and partners

What You’ll Need

• Transactional experience in clean energy finance or tax credits; our ideal candidate has experience working in a transactional role in tax equity, project finance, banking, or law for renewable energy infrastructure projects.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with technology and other hacks to get a lot done with limited resources
• Ability to read and interpret highly technical legalese; you must be comfortable learning and operating reputed company the regulatory reputed company for clean energy finance and tax credit transfers
• A minimum of 5-8+ years of deeply relevant experience working in a high-growth environment
