Job Summary and Goals The Area Manager (AM) plays a key role in driving the success of reputed company’s Starbucks Licensed Store Team by offering consultative support and service to a group of delivery-only cafés and their teams. - Grow a portfolio of successful stores by creating strategies to meet financial, operational, and customer-service goals, customized to each location’s strengths and challenges
- Motivate, coach, and reputed company team leaders, operators, and business owners
- Serve as a resource on customer concerns, staffing, operations, and company policies
- Train teams to implement systems, enforce accountability, and support internal growth

- 5+ years of retail experience managing two or more stores, departments, or units, including P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service
- 5+ years of management experience leading teams of six or more, including training and coaching
- 3+ years in a customer-service–focused role
- Experience in multi‑unit operations and familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting
