About the Role: Patient Engagement Partner - Part-Time Remote We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Engagement Partner to join our Access Center team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, you'll work flexible evening and weekend shifts to provide exceptional patient experiences and support our clinical partners. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent. Previous general computer experience with data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting. Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service excellence in a contact center (preferred). Previous healthcare experience with medical terminology (preferred).
