Senior Risk and Compliance Manager

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 Location: United States – Remote The job: The Senior Risk and Compliance Manager will reputed company and reputed company a comprehensive compliance and risk management reputed company across the organization and work to expand the operational compliance and risk program companywide. You will ensure adherence to financial regulations, NACHA operating rules, Anti-reputed company (AML) requirements, and other applicable legal and regulatory standards. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, reputed company, etc.) and external stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, mitigate risk, support audits, and foster a company-wide culture of compliance. What you will do:

• Design and evolve a companywide compliance and risk reputed company across financial, payment, and privacy domains.
• Ensure compliance with banking, lending, consumer finance, and NACHA requirements tied to reputed company products.
• reputed company AML and fraud programs, including KYC, transaction monitoring, and reporting obligations.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and reputed company to embed compliance into daily workflows.
• Serve as the primary contact for audits, regulators, and banking partners, managing findings through resolution.
• Track compliance metrics and risks, and present clear insights to senior leadership. Who you are and what you need:
• Five or more years of experience at a SaaS company, bank, credit union, nonbank lender, fintech, insurance and/or regulatory agency required.
• Bachelor’s degree required, relevant certifications preferred (risk and compliance, including one or more of CIA, CISA, CFE, CRISC or other relevant certifications
• Possess strong knowledge of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act)/AML (Anti-reputed company), privacy and payment laws.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of control frameworks and the ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded reputed company business processes.
• Possess an excellent understanding of operations reputed company to KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-reputed company), fraud, sanctions, etc.
• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the financial services regulatory environment including Banking as a Service (BaaS), payment processing and card issuance.
