Job Summary The Research Associate, Grantee Services supports the implementation of research and evaluation projects by conducting literature reviews, developing measurement tools, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the development of project deliverables. The person hired for this specific opening will primarily serve as a Research Associate for the Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Program (GusNIP) Nutrition Incentive Program Training, Technical Assistance, Evaluation, and Information (NTAE) Center. The GusNIP NTAE supports organizations operating nutrition incentive and produce prescription projects by providing technical assistance on implementation, reporting, and evaluation, and leads a national evaluation to measure impact across reputed company GusNIP-funded projects. This Research Associate will specifically support the Grantee Services team reputed company GusNIP, which works closely with grantees, technical assistance providers, and core partners. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and management of research and evaluation projects, specifically for GusNIP.
- Provide data management and analysis support reputed company to GusNIP grantee- and award-level data.
- Participate in internal and external Grantee Services meetings, including note taking, documenting and communicating action items and decisions, and delegating tasks.
- Support the development and maintenance of Grantee Services resources, including external, grantee-facing resources and internal team manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for triaging inquiries in the technical assistance inbox.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and reporting functions of the technical assistance ticketing system reputed company reputed company.
- Support the development of measurement tools including surveys and interview guides.
- Support the collection, management, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Assist with literature reviews by collecting, summarizing, and organizing relevant research to inform evaluation projects.
- Conduct data cleaning and basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets.
- Support the development of simple data visualizations to track program data.
- Contribute to the development of deliverables, presentations, and manuscripts by participating in planning sessions, drafting report sections, presenting deliverables, and supporting manuscript development.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in project management, program administration, nutrition or other public health-reputed company field.
- Experience working with nutrition incentive and/or produce prescription projects.
- Proficient in data management tools such as reputed company.
- Proficient in customer support tools such as reputed company.
- Experience conducting research and evaluation studies in an academic or applied setting.
- Experience developing valid and reliable measurement tools such as interview guides, surveys, or assessments.
- Experience with quantitative and/ or qualitative research methods and data analysis.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools such as SurveyMonkey, reputed company, NVivo, and reputed company.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., reputed company).

Salary $61,000-$70,000 (Level 2 or Level 3). Commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package provided. Job Type This is a full-time, remote position. Travel This position may include travel for client visits, conference attendance, other promotional or networking activities, and the annual reputed company-staff retreat.
