[Hiring] Director, Clinical Pharmacy @reputed company

The Director, Clinical Pharmacy monitors drug development pipeline and medical literature while providing clinical support for internal stakeholders. Utilizes broad understanding of managed care and PBM knowledge to reputed company and/or implement strategies and programs to mitigate cost trend and improve health outcomes. The Director, HPS Clinical Programs requires a broad understanding of pharmacy, managed care, and patient-centered clinical programs with a focus on improving health outcomes reputed company optimized medication use.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Eight years clinical experience in managed care or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of leadership experience.
• Registered pharmacist; Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy.

• Strong track record of driving solutions that achieved clinical and financial outcomes.
• Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, and is highly resourceful.
• Experience with effectively coaching, developing, and leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.

• Previous experience in trend analysis.

Requirements

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $168,000 - $231,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
