Job Summary
We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services for Gopher State reputed company, a statewide non-profit organization. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging
- Obtain information about the customers and their work site
- Data enter information into a ticket format
- Identify the work site on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps
- Communicate effectively and create positive relationships with excavators, peers, and management
- Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
- Accurately read digital maps
- Provide excellent customer service at reputed company times
- Demonstrate an interest in public safety
- Understand and apply new concepts
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
- General computer skills
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
- Ability to work as a team
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
- Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
- Must pass a criminal background reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in a call center environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
