What You'll Do

Own & Scale Performance Marketing reputed company Paid Media strategy and execution across Search reputed company Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and Programmatic Display DSP channels. Execute and optimize reputed company Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), reputed company Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive full‑funnel impact-from awareness through conversion. Design and execute A/B Testing and experimentation roadmaps across ads, reputed company pages, and funnel experiences. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally in an agency, financial services, or high‑growth environment. 3+ years of hands‑on paid social advertising experience, including campaign setup, bid optimization, audience strategy, and measurement across reputed company (Facebook, Instagram), reputed company and Tik Tok. Proven experience managing Paid Search and Display Advertising, including PPC, CPA‑driven campaigns, and Programmatic Display DSPs. Strong background in Growth Marketing, Full‑Funnel Marketing, and Conversion Optimization.
